This paper will describe a Roadmap to assist CPM teams in developing an “Information Plan” during Portfolio, CPM, and O&M project phases. A well-devised CPM information plan will improve the portfolio and project execution for the myriad of groups/departments engaged during CPM. Additionally, the information management plan should include and support an effective handover process aligned to support the O&M phases.
